Goods will normally be dispatched by UPS within 7 working days of receipt of your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received by close of business Monday will be dispatched to arrive for the following weekend. An e-mail will be sent to confirm dispatch of your consignment. This can then be tracked by following the accompanying instructions.
The items should arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, but are subject to UPS' terms and conditions. Parcels will require a signature so if you are not at the address to take delivery, a card will be left with details of how to arrange a collection from a UPS depot. All deliveries are charged at a flat rate per order. The exact delivery charge will be shown in the shopping cart when choosing items from this web site. We are now offering free delivery on order values greater than £200 + VAT.
International orders are sent by other carriers and a signature will be required on delivery. Delivery times and charges vary depending on destination, but most orders are received within ten day of orders being placed. All international deliveries are charged at a variable rate and this will be quoted as part of the ordering process.
